What we collect

When you fill in the form on this site we collect your first name, email address, mobile number and your answer about when your afternoon crash usually hits. If you book a call, the booking page also collects your answers to four short questions about your goals, any past coaching, whether the cost works for you and what you do for work, and the calendar records the time you choose. Like most websites, we also receive basic technical details from your browser, such as the page you came from and, if our advertising measurement is switched on, cookies set by Meta.

How we use it

• To text you the five steps you asked for, and to reply when you write back.
• To email you if a text cannot reach you.
• If you choose to, to book and hold a coaching call with you.
• To understand which of our ads and pages are working.

Text messages

By submitting the form you agree that Envision Wellness may text the number you gave about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with any third party for their own marketing.

Who else handles it

We use service providers to run this site and our client records: website hosting, our customer relationship and messaging software, and our marketing agency, which builds and maintains this page. They handle your details only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while we are in touch and for a reasonable time after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. To see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, email us at the address below.

Children

This site and our coaching are for adults. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
